Talgajarda: Renowned spiritual leader and revered Ramcharitmanas exponent, Morari Bapu, actively engaged in the democratic process by casting his vote in the Lok Sabha elections at a polling booth in Talgajarda in Bhavnagar district on Tuesday.
Morari Bapu joined crores of citizens in exercising his democratic right with great enthusiasm. He emphasised the significance of voting not just as a fundamental right but as a responsibility towards nation-building and appealed to people to vote in maximum numbers.
Speaking with media persons after casting his vote, Morari Bapu reiterated his call for widespread participation in the elections.
“The festival of democracy is taking place in India. There is voting in Gujarat and other states today. As a citizen, I have fulfilled my duty to vote. I have appealed in the past as well, but I once again urge all citizens to vote today and in the coming phases of the Lok Sabha elections and contribute to shaping the nation’s future,” he said.
Morari Bapu had kept no other engagements for May 7, prioritising his participation in the festival of democracy. His enthusiastic participation in the electoral process and commitment to his civic duties are an inspiration to crores of voters.
